How to Apply

AIC offers the Community Care Manpower Development Awards to students seeking sponsorships for their studies in approved courses and are passionate to join the Community Care sector upon graduation.

Value of Sponsorship (Full/Mid-Term)

  • Sponsorship covers tuition fees and compulsory charges, and a one-off book allowance.
  • No back payment of sponsorship benefits for mid-term applicants.

Value of Sponsorship (Full/Mid-Term)

  • Up to 3 years for local studies or up to 5 years for overseas studies, depending on the sponsorship quantum.

Requirements

  • Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
  • Strong motivation and interest to serve in the Community Care sector.
  • Genuine interest and aptitude for chosen discipline.
  • Possess good co-curricular activity records.
  • Applicants must be found suitable and supported by a Community Care Organisation.

Full-Term Applicants

  • Good GCE N/O/A Level results.
  • Good GPA for Diploma students.
  • Successful admission into awarded course of study in approved local/overseas institutes.

Mid-Term Applicants

  • Complete at least one semester of related studies in approved local/overseas institutes.
  • Existing NITEC/ Diploma students with good GPA results.
